Thus, according to the above two reasons, we researched and developed TR460 rotary drilling rig which has the advantages of high stability, large and deep pile and easy for transportation.

Features

a. Triangle support structure reduces turning radius and increases the stability of rotary drilling rig.

b. Rear-mounted main winch uses double motors, double reducers and single layer drum design which avoids rope winding.

c. Crowd winch system is adopted, stroke is 9m. Both crowd force & stroke are larger than those of cylinder system, which is easy to embed casing. Optimized hydraulic and electrical control system improves system control accurancy and reaction speed.

d. Authorized utility model patent of depth measuring device improves the accuracy of depth measurement.

e. Unique design of one machine with double working conditions can meet the requirements of large piles and rock-entry.
