Two methods are generally adopted for making soil nailing wall:
a. The mortar anchor bolt is formed by drilling, inserting reinforcement and grouting. This method takes time and materials, and it is not easy to construct the convective sand layer and gravel layer;
b. It is to make threaded reinforcement, angle steel, steel pipe and other materials into soil nailing machinery, or manually drive them into the soil layer or gravel layer to form soil nailing wall.
The hydraulic anchor drilling rig is composed of main engine, air cylinder, impactor, hammer head, console, air duct, etc. the drill is light in weight, compact in structure and easy to move.
Before placing the anchor drilling rig, the hole position and anchor hole orientation shall be accurately located by theodolite and marked. The horizontal error of anchor rod is generally less than 50mm and the vertical error is less than 100mm.
