According to its pile making process, it can be divided into two categories: vibrating punching (wet) gravel pile and dry gravel pile. The gravel pile made of the pile making process of vibration and water flushing is called vibrating gravel pile or wet gravel pile. The gravel pile made of various waterless flushing processes (such as dry vibration, vibration extrusion, hammer, etc.) is collectively referred to as dry gravel pile. Therefore, since the 1980s, a variety of different construction techniques, such as hammer method, vibration extrusion method, dry vibration method, immersed pipe method, vibration gas punching method, bagged gravel method, dynamic compaction gravel pile replacement method, etc.
Application of gravel pile in soft land foundation
