Before cutting the pile, check whether the hydraulic oil pipes and hydraulic joints are tightened, and the oil pipes and joints with oil leakage must be replaced. Do not approach the pile cutter in operation during operation, the pile head will fall when the pile is cut, and the operator must be notified before approaching the machine. During the pile cutting operation, no one shall be allowed within the rotaton range of the construction machinery. In the process of cutting the column, attention should be paid to the falling debris to counterattack and injure the personnel, and the chiseled pile chips should be transported out of the foundation pit in time. Attention should be paid to the safety of the operator when the machine is in use, to prevent the machine from hurting and the steel bar from hurting people, and relevant personnel should conduct unified coordination and command. When there are construction personnel working in the pit, it is necessary to pay attention to the stability of the pit wall at all times, and immediately withdraw the personnel from the foundation pit after discovering an abnormality. Relevant personnel should hold the steel ladder firmly when going up and down the foundation pit, and if necessary, a safety rope should be provided for protection. The used switch box and pump station (power source) should be equipped with rain cover, which should be covered in time after the work is completed, the power supply should be turned off, and a special person should be in charge, and the safety officer will check regularly. The principle of “one machine, one gate, one box, one leakage” must be adhered to and the principle of power off and lock after get off work. When carrying out hoisting operations, a special person shall be set up to command, and the hoisting riggings shall be regularly inspected and replaced.
Pile cutting construction at night must be equipped with sufficient lighting facilities, night construction must be equipped with full-time safety on-duty personnel, and the safety of lighting and power supply is the responsibility of the on-duty electrician. When the wind affects the strong wind above level 6 (including level 6), the pile cutting construction should be stopped.
