The hydraulic pile breaker is composed of modules, which can be installed and disassembled by themselves according to the diameter of the pile head to be broken. It is installed at the front end of the excavator or crane, and the power of the excavator or hydraulic station is used to break the pile, mainly to break the solid cast-in-place pile and the solid prefabricated pile. Operation steps:
1. Suspend the installed hydraulic pile breaker on the front end of the excavator or the front end of the crane, and link the pipeline of the excavator or the pipeline of the hydraulic station;
2. Enter the construction site and put the hydraulic pile breaker on the pile head to be broken;
3. Use the power of the excavator or the power of the hydraulic station to break the pile;
4. Move the hydraulic pile breaker down 30-50cm and continue to break the pile;
5. Repeat steps 2-3 until the pile head is broken;
6. Clean up broken piles.
