If the engine does not start when the rotary drilling rig is working, you can troubleshoot by the following methods:
1) Battery disconnected or dead: Check battery connection and output voltage.
2) The alternator is not charging: Check the alternator drive belt, wiring and alternator voltage regulator.
3) Problem of starting circuit: Check the starting circuit of the starting solenoid valve.
4) Unit pump failure: Check the exhaust temperature of each cylinder. If the temperature of a certain cylinder is abnormal, it often means that there is a problem with the unit pump.
5) Start solenoid valve failure: check whether the start solenoid valve works.
6) Starter motor failure: Check the starter motor.
7) Oil circuit failure: Check whether the oil valve is open or there is air in the oil circuit.
8) The start button is not reset.
9) The emergency stop is long or the blocker is not reset.
10) Timing sensor problem: Check the timing sensor pulse output and replace it with a new one if necessary.
11) Tachymeter probe damaged or dirty: clean or replace.
12) The adapter valve core is damaged: replace the stuffy valve core.
13) Insufficient fuel pressure: Check fuel transfer pump pressure and fuel tank level. Check if the oil circuit is blocked.
14) No voltage signal of the speed regulating actuator: Check whether the wires from the component to the actuator are disconnected or short-circuited and grounded.
15) No pulse signal for diesel engine: the pulse voltage should be 2VAC.
