Performance characteristics of SM820
1. Multi-functional:
SM series Anchor Drill Rig is applicable to the construction of rock bolt, anchor rope, geological drilling, grouting reinforcement and underground micro pile in different types of geological conditions such as soil, clay, gravel, rock-soil and water-bearing stratum; it can realize double-deck rotary drilling or percussive-rotary drilling and auger drilling (through screw rod). By matching with air compressor and down-hole hammer, they can realize follow-up drilling of casing pipe. By matching with shotcrete equipment, they can realize the construction technology of churning and supporting.
2. Flexible movement, wide application:
The cooperation of two groups of carriage and four-bar linkage mechanism can realize multi-directional rotation or tilt, so as to make the roofbolter realize the left, right, front, down and a variety of tilt movements, greatly enhancing the site adaptability and flexibility of the roofbolter.
3. Good handling:
The main control system of SM series roofbolter adopts reliable proportional technology, which not only can realize stepless speed adjustment, but also can realize high and low speed switching quickly. The operation is more simple, easy, and reliable.
5. Easy operation:
It is equipped with a mobile main control console. The operator can freely adjust the operating position according to the actual condition of the construction site, so as to achieve the optimum operating angle.
6. Adjustable upper-vehicle:
Through the movement of a group of cylinders which are mounted on the roofbolter chassis, the angle of upper vehicle assembly relative to lower vehicle assembly can be adjusted, in order to make sure the crawler can fully contact the uneven ground and make the upper-vehicle assembly keep level, so that the roofbolter can have a good stability when it moves and travels on uneven ground. Moreover, the center of gravity of complete machine can be kept stable when the roofbolter runs uphill and downhill in the condition of large gradient.
