1.Product Introduction
The XY-5A core drilling rig can be used for oblique and straight hole drilling. It has the advantages of simple and compact structure, reasonable layout, moderate weight, convenient disassembly, and wide speed range.
The drilling rig is equipped with a water brake, which has a large lifting capacity and is easy to operate when lifting the brake at a low position.
2.Technical characteristics
(1) The drilling rig has a large number of speed levels (8 levels) and a reasonable speed range, with high low-speed torque. Therefore, the process adaptability of this drilling rig is strong, with a wide range of applications, suitable for small diameter diamond core drilling, as well as meeting the requirements of large diameter hard alloy core drilling and some engineering drilling.
(2) The drilling rig is lightweight and has good detachablity. It can be decomposed into eleven components, making it easy to relocate and suitable for operations in mountainous areas.
(3) The structure is simple, the layout is reasonable, and it is easy to maintain, maintain, and repair.
(4) The drilling rig has two reverse speeds for convenient accident handling.
(5) The center of gravity of the drilling rig is low, firmly fixed, and the moving vehicle is stable. It has good stability during high-speed drilling.
(6) The instruments are complete and convenient for observing various drilling parameters.
(7) The operating handle is centralized, easy to operate, and simple and flexible.
(8) The mud pump is independently driven, with flexible power configuration and airport layout.
(9) According to user needs, circular slips can be configured to directly grip the rope drill rod for drilling, eliminating the need for active drill rods.
(10) The hydraulic system is equipped with a hand operated oil pump. When the power machine cannot work, the hand operated oil pump can still be used to deliver pressure oil to the feed oil cylinder, lift out the
drilling tools in the hole, and avoid drilling accidents.
(11) The winch is equipped with a water brake to ensure smooth and safe drilling during deep hole drilling.
